Diversity Committee Mission Statement
The Diversity Committee is represented by PTA members, administrators and students from the elementary and secondary schools of Half Hollow Hills. In a collaborative effort, through open discussions and brainstorming, the committee has the opportunity to help create programs, forums and celebrations which embrace the differences that make up our community and classrooms. The community is comprised of dedicated teachers, administrators, staff members, parents and students who can work together effectively to unleash fears and judgements and highlight the strengths found within our diversity, while recognizing the similarities we possess, gaining an understanding and mutual respect for humanity. .
